Bright double room and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was near to the "shopping district", Baixa and Alfama, the centre of the commercial tourist district and metro station and bus stops and tram. The staff were very good and kind without being intrusive.

Our stay at Urbano FLH Hotels was fantastic. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk to the sea, TimeOutMarket, and great restaurants. The hotel itself was small but had everything we needed, including a warm welcome with a glass of port wine. The room we stayed in, room 16, was just the right size and had a lovely pop art design. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the breakfast had a good selection. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations and speaking English fluently. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, modern rooms, and friendly service.

Actually the room was neat with nice window, a good bed plus balcony. The location was great for walking around a moorish castle. Appreciated that it was set adjacent to the metro station.
